In traditional Feng Shui, the Southeast sector is governed by the Wood Element. It represents your "Assets" and "Wealth Accumulation." To symbolize growth here, we use objects that represent vitality and the flow of resources.

1. The Power of Living Wood

Since the Southeast is the home of Wood, healthy plants are the premier symbol of prosperity. The Money Tree (Pachira Aquatica) or Jade Plant (Crassula Ovata) are ideal because their round, succulent leaves resemble coins.

2. Flowing Water Elements

In the cycle of Five Elements, Water nourishes Wood. Adding a small water fountain here symbolizes an "endless stream" of income. Ensure the water flows inward toward the center of your house, never outward toward a door.

3. Traditional Symbols

If plants aren't an option, you can use symbolic representations:

• The Wealth Toad (Jin Chan): A three-legged frog often sitting on a bed of coins. Place it near the wealth corner, facing into the room.
• Citrine Crystals: Known as the "Merchant's Stone," these yellow crystals hold the frequency of abundance without absorbing negative energy.
• Purple Accents: Purple is the color of the Southeast. Use violet pillows, art, or a small purple amethyst cluster.
